3D Donghua is a stylized computer-animated fantasy look inspired by premium serialized Chinese animation. It is not photorealistic; it keeps anime-like faces, large expressive eyes, ornamental costumes, and heightened fantasy design, but renders them with dimensional form, sculpted hair, glossy materials, soft ambient occlusion, and cinematic depth of field. Characters feel like carefully lit 3D models arranged in a dramatic still from an animated feature.

The style's strength is volume.
