Princess Azula when she grabs the book by the Shadow Emperor's sarcophagus, she triggers a booby trap and a needle is shot at Princess Azula and makes contact on the back of Azula's neck, the needle injects a strange concoction into Princess Azula's bloodstream and Princess Azula feels pain in her rear and she a tail growing on her and she feels even more pain, she sees her skin becoming scaly and Princess Azula feels pain on her back and she rips off her shirt and she wings growing on her back. Princess Azula feels pain in hands and feet, she sees her hands and feet transform into dragon feet with sharp talon like claws and her body starts elongate and Princess Azula feels pain in her head and her transforms into a dragon's head, Princess Azula realizes she is turning into a fire-breathing dragon and her transformation into a fire-breathing dragon completes and her entire body resembles a fire-breathing dragon, she is no longer human, she is now a fire-breathing dragon forever and Princess Azula becomes the guardian to the Shadow Emperor's tomb. Princess Azula now a fire-breathing dragon makes a nest in the Shadow Emperor's tomb, Princess Azula goes out at night to catch some food to eat.”
