(SCENE 2)Red Ninja (thoughts):“I have to hide the scroll… somewhere safe.”
Black Ninja (shouting):“You can’t run forever!”
The Red Ninja glances back for a split second…Then—
(SCENE 3)He throws a boom kunai.
BOOM!
An explosion shakes the forest.Smoke fills the air.
The Black Ninjas stop.
Black Ninja:“Where did he go?!”
They search everywhere.Trees. Shadows. Ground.
Nothing.
The Red Ninja is gone.
(SCENE 4)Silence.Heavy.
Slow footsteps approach.
A figure emerges from the darkness…The Black Ninja Boss.
His presence alone makes the others step back.

The Black Ninjas lower their heads.Afraid.

He stares into the distance.

A woman, badly injured, runs through the forest carrying a baby.She is weak… but desperate.
She tries to hide from the Black Ninjas.
Suddenly, an old woman taps her shoulder.
