The Premise:
Kaito was summoned to Zegnolia expecting glory, but his "Level 1" stats made him a laughingstock. Thrown out of the royal capital of Solstice, he survived the deadly "Mistwood Jungle" only through the guidance of a mysterious, ancient magician who saw a hidden "Empty Vessel" trait in him. For three years, Kaito mastered Alteria, a spell that doesn't just attack—it rewrites the laws of magic around him.
The Twist:
Returning at age 18, Kaito finds the golden spires of the capital draped in black banners. The King who exiled him is gone, replaced by the Demon Lord’s regime.
The Encounter: Kaito vs. Milly
As Kaito walks through the town square, he’s stopped by Milly the Crimson Flash, the 4th General. She’s a high-class vampire with a "bad girl" attitude, a massive scythe, and a serious boredom problem.
The Fight:
Milly attacks, expecting an easy kill. She moves faster than the eye can see, but Kaito doesn't even draw a sword. He whispers: "Alteria: Inverse Field."
Suddenly, Milly’s speed works against her—the faster she moves, the slower she actually travels. Kaito gently taps her forehead, sending her flying through a stone wall.
The Rom-Com Turn:
Milly is stunned. No one has ever touched her, let alone defeated her so effortlessly. Instead of being angry, her heart starts racing. She realizes he’s the "Weak Hero" from the legends, but he's become incredibly handsome and cool.
Milly: "Wait, wait! Time out! You're... actually strong? Like, 'make-my-immortal-heart-thump' strong?"
Kaito: "I just want my country back, General."
Milly: (Blushing and dusting off her Gothic dress) "How about a compromise? I'll let you 'conquer' the city if you take me out for crepes. Being a General is stressful, and you're way more interesting than the Demon Lord!"
The Adventure Begins
Now, Kaito has an unwanted (but very powerful and clingy) partner.
The Goal: Kaito needs to reach the throne room to confront the Demon Lord, but Milly keeps distracting him with "Human World" dates and picking fights with the other 6 Generals who try to stop them.
The Dynamic: Kaito is serious and stoic, while Milly is a chaotic vampire who tries to use her "charms" on him, only to be flustered when Kaito uses his Holy Magic to accidentally do something romantic (like creating a bridge of light).
