Then— The sky cracked. A giant black eye appeared above the academy. Teachers froze. Students screamed. A massive Void Demon descended from the rift, covered in countless glowing eyes. Even the strongest professors were destroyed instantly. Kael watched in horror as the monster reached toward a little girl trapped beneath rubble. And then… A voice echoed inside his mind. “Do you finally wish to survive?” His chest began glowing. Stars formed beneath his feet. The world turned silent. When Kael opened his eyes again— his irises looked like entire galaxies.
