Outside Konohagakure, the morning was quiet. Naruto Uzumaki stood on a hill looking across the valley. Suddenly he felt a powerful, familiar chakra.
From the forest appeared the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju.
Hashirama looked around and smiled.
“So this is the village that grew from our dream.”
Naruto jumped down in front of him.
“I’ve always wanted to meet you… and maybe test your strength.”
Hashirama laughed.
“A friendly spar, then.”
Naruto instantly created dozens of shadow clones and rushed forward. Hashirama calmly slammed his hand on the ground as giant wooden roots burst upward, destroying the clones.
Suddenly Naruto appeared above him with a Rasengan, but Hashirama activated Sage Mode and stopped the attack with one hand.
Naruto grinned.
“Alright… let’s get serious.”
Golden chakra surrounded him as the power of Kurama appeared behind him. Naruto formed a massive attack and charged.
Hashirama responded calmly.
“Wood Style…!”
The earth shook as the colossal statue of True Several Thousand Hands rose behind him with thousands of giant arms.
Naruto laughed in excitement.
“Now this is a real fight!”
The valley shook as their attacks collided, explosions of chakra and wood lighting the sky. After several clashes, Naruto stepped back.
“How about we go all out?”
Hashirama smiled.
“I was hoping you’d say that.”
Naruto entered Six Paths Sage Mode as powerful energy filled the battlefield. Hashirama pushed his Sage power to its limit.
Both charged at the same time.
“NARUTO!”
“HASHIRAMA!”
Their powers collided in a massive explosion that shook the entire valley.
When the dust cleared, the two Hokage stood across from each other, smiling.
Hashirama laughed.
“You’ve truly surpassed my era.”
Naruto rubbed the back of his head.
“I’m still learning.”
The two legends stood side by side, looking toward the village they both protected.
