He was a welder, she was a baker, both chasing dreams in the sprawling colleges of Texas. Their paths, seemingly so different, intertwined slowly, tentatively, over shared study sessions walking to class or to home stolen glances. Soon, those glances turned into conversations, those conversations into laughter, and laughter into something deeper, something undeniable.
