Main Character:
A lone figure known only as Kael Veyr, the Hollow Warden. Cloaked in blackened armor etched with forbidden sigils, he walks between the living and the damned. His face—pale, worn, and marked by unseen burdens—betrays neither mercy nor rage, only purpose.
Kael is not fully alive.
Years ago, he made a pact with an ancient entity sealed beyond the Veil—a forgotten god of endings. In exchange for power to avenge a fallen kingdom, Kael surrendered his soul. Now, he exists as a vessel… slowly being consumed from within.
Core Premise:
Kael hunts Veilborn, but each kill strengthens the entity inside him. With every soul he claims, the line between hunter and monster fades.
Rumors begin to spread:
The Hollow Warden is becoming something worse than what he hunts.
Story Arc (Opening):
The story begins in a dimly lit outpost where Kael arrives unannounced. The villagers fear him—but they fear what stalks them more.
A Veilborn has taken root beneath the town.
As Kael descends into the underground ruins, whispers begin to echo—not from the darkness… but from within his own mind.
“You are not here to save them… you are here to feed me.”
During the battle, Kael unleashes unnatural power—shadow tendrils, fractured time, and soul-burning strikes—but loses control for a moment, nearly killing an innocent survivor.
He wins… but something changes.
